"Aww, it looks like the wolfie's still taking a nap," the demoness smiled, "Guess you'll just have to fight your own battle."



"Heal your friend," a soft, Brazilian baratone called as a familiar merman Felicia had once seen many years ago stepped between her and the demon child, "I will wash the battlefield of your enemy."

With that, the merman charged forward, trident in hand, and summoned a tidal wave to drown his opponent.

Although the lance successfully skewered her shoulder, the succubus child was far from beaten, and as the water fell harmlessly around her, she simply smiled and rose to fight again, "You have elegant eyes. May I have them?"

Felicia sighed in relief as the girl disappeared, glad to be rid of the foul presense. "Thank you again for your assistance, Rikuo, we would have been in sorry shape without you," she said, bowing to the merman. She then turned back to Jon, placing two glowing hands delicately on his chest, "And thank you for protecting me, Jon," she said as she healed him completely.

"Yes, thank you Rikuo." He says as he strokes felicia's hair affectionately. "And thank you love, I'm not sure where I'd be without you."

"You wouldn't happen to know who that girl was, or who this Jedah character is, would you Rikuo?"

"I had felt a dark tide ripple across my ocean home," Rikuo looked both grave and distant as he recounted the events that had led him here, "My son Alba had been out playing when it occurred, and I combed our territory to look for him."



"That is when I saw it," he reminisced, "A bizarre whirlpool that left the sea around undisturbed except for the dead souls it tugged inside its fathomless maw. I heard a presence call from within, and I instinctively knew it was corrupt. My son... he... must have wandered in by mistake, and in following him, I found myself in this bizarre place."

Felicia purred at Jon's praise before turning to Rikuo, "I guess no one came here of their own accord," she said quietly, "Do you have any idea where your son could be in this place?"

Rikuo looked to the ground and shook his head sadly, "I have not seen him, but followed a strange presence to this area. It felt similar to the corrupt presence I believe may have abducted Alba."

"Well if you'd like some help searching for you son, I'm more than willing to return the favor of assistance." he says to the merman before them. "The only question is wether this presence you felt here reamins, or has moved on."

Felicia nodded in agreement with Jon's statement, "We're happy to help in any way possible," she said with a smile, "I'm just glad not to be alone in this place, it gives me the creeps."

"It is an evil place, and tainted with despair," Rikuo confirmed, "For your help in finding my son, I thank you."

And so, their adventure continued...
